How to Turn Limiting Beliefs into Liberating Truths!

  1. RECOGNIZE your limiting belief. Upgrading you’re thinking starts with awareness, so take a minute to reflect on what beliefs.

  1. RECORD the belief. Jot down the belief. Writing it down helps you externalize it.

  1. REVIEW the belief. Jot down the belief. Writing it down helps you externalize it.

  1. REJECT/REFRAME the belief. Sometimes you can simply contradict a limiting belief. Other times, you might need to build a case against it or look your obstacles from a better angle.

  1. REVISE the belief. Write down a new liberating truth that corresponds to the old limiting belief.

  1. REORIENT yourself to the new belief. Commit to living as if it's true.
